SNAP/EBT

Fresh Start Farms accepts payment with EBT cards from SNAP customers.  This is part of an effort to promote food security.  “Food security” means that people have access, at all times, to enough food for an active, healthy life for all household members. It is part of Fresh Start Farms’ mission to ensure equitable access to affordable, convenient, nutritious produce in a way that also supports local farmers and stimulates the local economy.

SNAP customers  can order a CSA and pay for it on a weekly basis (as opposed to pre-paying) with your EBT card ($20/week for a Single share and $35/week for a Family share).
